You will observe therefrom that the Administration are very

anxious to have this Clause included in the terms of

agreement and in view of the undertaking contained therein

namely that recovery is not enforceable by imprisonment,

we have the honour to request you will be good enough to

sanction the inclusion of this Clause in the terms of

employment.
